Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't quite right, you can request a return within 1–3 working days of receiving it
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be requested within 1–3 working days of delivery.
To start a return, please email betweentwoegy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size changes only and are subject to stock availability.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
